Ordering & Manufacturing

Upon ordering check thoroughly your full order and production descriptions as once the payment transaction is complete, we cannot make any order alterations. If at JS Conversions Ltd discretion any alterations are made then this may result in delivery delays. any order alterations may incur further costs.

It is not possible to cancel any orders after they have been machined.

Upon delivery check all parts / components are present before fitting or assembling your furniture kit.

JS Conversions Ltd will not be held responsible for any manufacturing or delivery losses / damage incurred due to missing parts or delivery delays. Any manufacturing faults will be rectified quickly and if required any new parts will be machined and dispatched as soon as possible at no extra charge.

As all our kits are made bespoke for each order there will be no refunds or returns given for any misplaced orders.

All of our kits have been designed using a standard panel van which has been fully lined and carpeted. Where components are scribed to fit any deviation in fitment may be due to your process of lining your vehicle being different to ours here at JS Conversions Ltd. Although we have tried to allow for this some components may require slight modifications upon fitting.

Due to the nature of the furniture the standard driving seat position may be reduced. All of our kits when installed will allow the driving position of and average build 6’2” person.

JS Conversions Ltd will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of any machine breakdowns and supply chain delays.

We will not be held responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to any delays in delivery, damaged, incorrectly cut or missing parts. Any manufacturing issues should be brought to our attention ASAP and we shall rectify them promptly with no extra charge. However, we will not be held liable for delays or extra costs / labour costs incurred as a result of this.


Once you have received your product JS Conversions Ltd will not be held reasonable for damage thereafter during the installation process.

All open plywood edges should be protected against water ingress prior to installation. This is particularly critical where any open edges are touching the vehicle floor. This should be done by applying two coats of a suitable end grain sealer or a watered down suitable D3 PVA Adhesive along with a damp rag to remove any excess from the material surface.


Every effort will be made to process your order as quickly as possible and to the approximate lead times stated on the website, however supply chain delays for the materials and fabrics used within our products alongside machine breakdowns could cause unexpected delays. JS Conversions Ltd will not be liable for any losses incurred due to a delay.

We will deliver to the delivery address specified for delivery upon your order. The location must be within mainland United Kingdom and within our pre-defined delivery areas. The location must be accessible by road.

Please provide us with a current contact telephone number during your online order. This will be used to notify you of your delivery or any delivery issues.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that we are able to make delivery to the delivery address stated on your online order and that you are available on the given delivery date. We shall not be liable in respect of any delay in delivery as a result of any act or omission by you.

You may appoint a representative if you are not available to accept delivery personally. The representative must be over 18 and capable of receiving the delivery in full on your behalf. The delivery should be check and signed for by the representative as it was yourself receiving the order.

Upon delivery, you will be asked to examine your order, check the condition of the packaging and whether the order has been delivered in full. You will be asked to sign the delivery document confirming you have received the delivery; it is free from visible damage and that you have checked it in full and all items within the packaging. Any visible damage should be recorded on the delivery note prior to signing it.

Once the goods have been delivered to you (or your representative), you become the owner of those goods and from that point they will be at your risk. This means you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction.

Damaged Items

If items within the packaging are faulty or damaged you should immediately notify JS conversions Ltd via the contact details stated on your order information. More information may be requested by JS Conversions Ltd to confirm or identify the part to be replaced at no extra charge.

We will not accept responsibility for any items that are damaged during the delivery process to the extent that such damage is your fault.

Returning your goods

Due to the nature of the bespoke made to order furniture kits once the product has been cut, and or delivered they may not be returned or refunded.

Faulty or missing parts will be rectified by JS Conversions Ltd as soon as possible. Please call us as soon as possible so we can quickly rectify this.

On none-bespoke off the shelf items purchased we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If the item has been opened from its original packaging, then we reserve the right to charge a ‘re-stocking’ fee as we may not be able to re-sell the item as new.

Our Liability

Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this website. However, JS Conversions Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to rearrange the delivery (this includes without limitation delivery vehicle breakdown, machine failure, technical issues or road network delays). JS Conversions Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay arising out of any issue beyond our control.

Lead times are approximation based on productions output at the times , these can change and we do ask for 10 working days on top of these timings in event of delays.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory right.
